    Cycle - 60min

    Cycle also known as spin is a 60-minute session that is guaranteed to make you sweat and burn calories. This class will push you to your limits but also allows you to take it at your own pace. This class is a great low impact session for beginners to advanced.

    Aqua Aerobics - 45min

    Aqua Aerobics is a form of exercise that provides cardiovascular conditioning, increases respiratory rate, and increases pulse. Aqua Aerobics is similar to a normal aerobics class, but since it’s done in the water, it places less strain on your joints.

    Step/Pump/Core - 60min

    If you want to step it up a level this one is for you. This 60-minute class is divided up into three 20-minute blocks where the focus is targeted at certain groups of muscles. This is a real blend of cardio, strength and stretching, and a little bit of coordination and balance.

    Healthy Heart Movers - 45min

    ‘Healthy heart movers’ is a gentle physical activity program suitable for anyone who hasn’t done any exercise in a while. it is a 45-minute session in which you can exercise at your own pace in a friendly atmosphere.

    Monday Circuit - 60min

     The 60 minutes consists of multiple stations that target different muscle groups and not to mention a few stair runs as well. This class is great for cardiovascular fitness and endurance.

    Deep Water Running - 45min

    Deep water running is a high intensity deep water class using a variety of training principles to challenge cardiovascular fitness as well as the core and muscular strength. This class is suited to all ability levels and is particularly good as a low impact option.

    Early Birds this one is for you! This 45-minute cardio-based session focuses on improving aerobic fitness through a range of exercises using equipment and bodyweight techniques.

    BodyFit - 45min

    A cross-fit-inspired full-body workout designed to help you lose weight, build muscle and increase your endurance. This class is custom-designed to keep your body guessing and not to mention challenging. Body fit will help build physical strength as well as a great mindset. Body fit is a mix of different training styles such as boot camp, incorporating the indoors and outdoors.

    Strength - 60min

    This is the ultimate class that focuses on strength, conditioning, control, and activation of muscles. This class is based on hand weights and body weight. This class utilizes the time of 60 minutes in performing new movements and assisting with techniques. The client is guaranteed to come out of this strength class feeling stronger and more confident.

    Spin - 45min

    Functional - 60min

    This class consists of multiple uses of equipment, cardio machines, and timing methods to complete an effective and efficient workout. You will feel amazing afterward and will be coming back for more.

    Mixed Fit - 45min

    Do you enjoy a mix and variety in your workouts? If yes, then this one is for you! Mixed Fit ensures a wide range of variety, including AMRAP, EMOM, HIIT, Tabata and boxing just to name a few. This 45-minute class will defiantly earn you those extra weekend treats as it will get you up and about, sweating and educating you with new exercises and technique. Each session has its own unique theme of benefits.

    Tone & Sculpt - 60min

    This class is suitable for all fitness levels, and will help you improve your circulation, metabolism and calorie burn, all whilst enhancing the shape and definition of your physique. It is designed specifically for those wanting to strengthen and condition their bodies.

    Boxercise - 45min

    Boxing is a combination of both combat kickboxing movements as well as cardio training. This 45-minute class involves intervals of medium and high intensity efforts, involving bodyweight exercises. The combination of the two will leave you working hard for the entirety of the session giving you a highly effective workout.

    MetCon - 45min

    Met Con – Metabolic conditioning aimed at increasing fat loss through a combination of cardio and strength this engages fat burning abilities after the workout.

    Bootcamp - 45min

    This dynamic workout combines various training tehcnique, including high-intensity interval training, strength training, cardio and core work. Whether you’re a seasoned fitness enthusiast or just starting your fitness journey, this class is designed to challenge and inspire you.

    HIIT Express - 30min

    HIIT is a type of interval training exercise. It incorporates several rounds that alternate between several minutes of high intensity movements to significantly increase the heart rate to at least 80% of one’s maximum heart rate, followed by short periods of lower intensity movements.

    Pilates - 45min

    Pilates works your body on all planes of movement – sitting, lying and standing – so that the muscles are worked from many different directions, producing a uniform and very deep strength and tone, even without using heavy weights.

    Pump- 60min

    A fast paced, barbell based workout that is designed to help you gain lean and toned muscles, burn fat and gain strength. Pump is a total body workout that isolates each muscle group in intervals.

    Srength & Sweat - 45min

    This 45 minute class will be a mixture of weighted resistance movements, interspersed with bouts of cardio. The class will allow each person to work within their capabilities, having their own weights to suit their fitness level. The cardio will also be diverse to further suit individual needs (e.g., running, riding, high intensity body weight movements etc.), making you get that heart rate up and letting out some sweat, all whilst having some fun!!
