“A satisfied life is better than a successful life, because our success is measured by others, but our satisfaction is measured by our own soul, mind and heart.”

To be able to eat whatever I wanted and not gain weight doing so

Setting realistic expectations for a healthy lifestyle as a busy parent

” sting like a butterfly, fly like a bee”

My passion in the fitness industry is always pushing myself in the gym and playing / coaching tennis.

” The water is your friend. You don’t have to fight with water, just share the same spirit as the water, and it will help you move” – Alexander Popov.

I always have loved the water, as a teenager I did a lot of competitive swimming and its set me up well throughout my life. I felt like it was time to give back some of what has been instilled in me.

Cooking, reading, gardening, and spending time with my family and friends.

“There is a difference between living and existing, so go live”

I thoroughly enjoy cardio classes due to the satisfaction I feel when completing them.

Teleportation – So I could go wherever whenever!

Being able to stay fit and play various sports, such as netball.

“You can do it”

Being at the pool with my children, helping with school swimming and wanting other children to have a skill for life.

Scrapbooking, camping and country music.

“Grateful for where I am, excited about where I am going”.

“You might not be able to control the circumstances, but you can control how you how you respond to them”.

I and very passionate about strength and technique and allowing clients to be exposed to progressive and regressive moves. This understanding allows range within the clientele we see and where they are on their fitness journey.

I do have a superpower. My superpower is seeing people’s potential and allowing them their time to shine!

I am a big advocate for strength training and taking time to learn technique for best execution. Furthermore, I really enjoy breaking the misconceptions of females training to be strong and not having to spend endless hours on cardio machines. This comes back to educating clients about creating a purpose for their training and allowing them to take the time to sit down and understand how and why goal setting is so important.

“That’s show biz baby.”

Shoot Spider webs like Spider Man…

I love group fitness because the vibe is fantastic, and I really enjoy challenging the group and seeing them work together as it doesn’t matter who’s there we are all one big gang of friends.

“Be who you are and say what you feel, because those who mind don’t matter, and those who matter don’t mind”

I love a variety of classes and the people in them!

The power of healing, both physically and mentally.

I am passionate about knowing that I’ve made a positive impact on someone’s life.

I currently have got 16 years of experience in the fitness industry under my belt, including 10 years of running successful boot camp programs and 4 years of small group fitness challenges.

I also cherish the long lasting relationship’s with all members and guests.

” success is driven from hard work”

“spin out good energy and it will come back to you”

Spin class, running and metcon training

Mind control, to help control and encourage clients to push themselves to their full potential.

I am passionate about improving peoples health and wellbeing, through personal training and group fitness

“It’s your workout, just do your best”

“Build a bridge & get over it”

To do what I’m doing now, but 20 years earlier!

I would have to say both PT and group fitness. I love to keep it different, achievable & challenging and to see that the members can make a difference, achieve their goals and feel great about themselves, while having some fun along the way.

“The mind is a powerful tool, What you believe, you create”

I love taking aqua plus healthy heart movers. Due to a busy week I squeeze in my exercise early in the day with 6am BARC functional classes.

Not picky, would just be happy to have one!

I am primarily in the aquatic area. I work with babies 6 months old through to seniors in their 90s.
