I always have loved the water, as a teenager I did a lot of competitive swimming and its set me up well throughout my life. I felt like it was time to give back some of what has been instilled in me.

I and very passionate about strength and technique and allowing clients to be exposed to progressive and regressive moves. This understanding allows range within the clientele we see and where they are on their fitness journey.

I do have a superpower. My superpower is seeing people’s potential and allowing them their time to shine!

I am a big advocate for strength training and taking time to learn technique for best execution. Furthermore, I really enjoy breaking the misconceptions of females training to be strong and not having to spend endless hours on cardio machines. This comes back to educating clients about creating a purpose for their training and allowing them to take the time to sit down and understand how and why goal setting is so important.

I currently have got 16 years of experience in the fitness industry under my belt, including 10 years of running successful boot camp programs and 4 years of small group fitness challenges.

I also cherish the long lasting relationship’s with all members and guests.

I would have to say both PT and group fitness. I love to keep it different, achievable & challenging and to see that the members can make a difference, achieve their goals and feel great about themselves, while having some fun along the way.

I love taking aqua plus healthy heart movers. Due to a busy week I squeeze in my exercise early in the day with 6am BARC functional classes.

I am primarily in the aquatic area. I work with babies 6 months old through to seniors in their 90s.
