1. By signing up for a membership at Barooga ARC, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth in this document.                                b. Membership is personal and non-transferable.

2. Membership Eligibility:                                                                                                                                                                                                                    a. Membership at Barooga ARC is open to individuals aged 14 years and above, or as otherwise specified by the gym management.                        b. All members must provide accurate personal information during the registration process.

3. Membership Fees and Payments:                                                                                                                                                                                                  a. Membership fees and payment schedules will be specified by Barooga ARC.                                                                                                                b. Members are responsible for ensuring that their membership fees are paid on time.                                                                                                          c. Failure to pay membership fees may result in suspension or termination of membership.

4. Access and Facility Usage:                                                                                                                                                                                                             a. Members are granted access to the gym facilities during designated operating hours.                                                                                                   b. Members must adhere to the rules and regulations of Barooga ARC regarding facility usage, safety guidelines, and etiquette.                               c. Certain areas or equipment within the gym may require additional fees or reservations.

5. Health and Safety:                                                                                                                                                                                                                            a. Members are responsible for ensuring that they are physically capable of engaging in exercise activities and using gym equipment.                    b. It is recommended that members consult with a healthcare professional before starting any exercise program.                                                          c. Members must follow safety instructions provided by Barooga ARC staff and use equipment appropriately to minimize the risk of injury.

6. Code of Conduct:                                                                                                                                                                                                                              a. Members must conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner towards staff and fellow gym members.                                                  b. Any behaviour that is deemed inappropriate, abusive, or disruptive may result in the suspension or termination of membership.

7. Personal Belongings:                                                                                                                                                                                                                      a. Barooga ARC is not responsible for the loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings within the gym premises.                                                        b. Members are encouraged to secure their valuables in provided lockers or designated storage areas.

8. Termination or Suspension:                                                                                                                                                                                                            a. Barooga ARC reserves the right to terminate or suspend a membership at its discretion, particularly in cases of breach of terms and conditions or misconduct.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  b. Members may request the termination of their membership by providing written notice to Barooga ARC, subject to any applicable cancellation policies.

9. Amendments to Terms and Conditions:                                                                                                                                                                                          a. Barooga ARC reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time.                                                                                          b. Notice of any changes will be communicated to members via email, signage, or other means determined by Barooga ARC.
